This “personal information policy” specifies the terms related to the management
and handling of “Sensitive Authority” and “Personal Information” using Android
applications (hereinafter referred to as “Apps”) of “Maxcom”.
1. Items of “Sensitive Authority” and “Personal Information” and Purpose of Use
1) android.permission.CAMERA
- It is for using camera flash, capturing screen, analyzing color,
real-time monitoring and reading barcode on Apps such as ToolBox,
Max Flash, Max Compass & Leveler, Max Heartrate, Max Measure,
Max Protractor, Max Magnifier, Max Mirror, Max Roulette and Max Barcode Reader.
2) android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO
- It is for measuring amplification and frequency of sound using
microphone on Apps such as ToolBox, Max Decibel and Max Tunner.
3) android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE
- It is for stopping advertisement movie when get a phone call.
4) android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS
- It is for making new widget without additional input using Google Calendar.
2. Collecting “Sensitive Authority” and “Personal Information”
“Maxcom” do not collect/transfer/store “Personal Information” and usage of Apps on server which is managed by “Maxcom”.
3. Disclosure or Entrustment of Management of “Personal Information”
“Maxcom” do not use out of range of purpose and do not disclosure or entrustment of management of information.
4. Exceptions to the Application of the “Personal Information” Policy
“Maxcom” can distribute free of charge “Apps” that should contain advertisements for making benefit. These advertisements may contain link to other company’s website, application or data that is not under managed by “Maxcom” and thus the personal information policy of “Maxcom” does not apply.

5. Miscellaneous
This ”personal information policy” takes effect on January 01, 2017.
본 "개인정보처리방침"은 "맥스컴"이 배포하는 "안드로이드 어플리케이션"(이하 "앱")
사용을 위하여 요청하는 "민감한 권한" 및 "사용자 정보"에 대한 관리 및 운영에 관한 내용입니다.
1. 사용하는 "민감한 권한" 및 "사용자 정보"와 이의 이용 목적

- 도구상자, 맥스 플래시, 맥스 나침판 & 수평계, 맥스 심박 측정기, 맥스 길이 측정기,
맥스 각도기, 맥스 돋보기, 맥스 거울, 맥스 룰렛, 맥스 바코드 인식기 등의 "앱"에서
카메라 플래시의 사용, 화면의 캡쳐, 색상의 분석, 실시간 화면 표시, 바코드의 분석 등의 기능을 수행하기 위하여 사용.
2) android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO
- 도구상자, 맥스 데시벨 측정기, 맥스 튜너 등의 "앱"에서 마이크를 이용한 소리의
크기 측정, 마이크를 이용한 주파수의 측정 등의 기능을 수행하기 위하여 사용.
3) android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE
- 일부 동영상 광고가 적용되는 "앱"에서 광고 노출 중 전화 통화가 시도될 경우 광고를 중단하기 위하여 사용.
4) android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS
- 디데이 카운터에서 구글 캘린더에 저장된 일정을 이용하여 추가 입력 없이 위젯을 생성하기 위하여 사용.
2. "민감한 권한" 및 "사용자 정보"에 대한 수집
"맥스컴"에서는 사용자가 "앱"을 사용함에 있어 서비스의 이용 내역을 포함한
어떠한 개인 정보도 "맥스컴"이 운영/관리하는 서버로의 수집/전송/저장 하지 않습니다.
3. "민감한 권한" 및 "사용자 정보"에 대한 제3자 제공 및 위탁
"맥스컴"에서는 정보 이용 목적의 범위를 넘어 사용하거나 제3자에게 제공 또는 위탁하지 않습니다.
4. "개인정보처리방침"의 적용 제외
"맥스컴"은 무료 배포되는 "앱"에서 수익의 창출을 위하여 광고를 개제할 수 있습니다.
이 경우 "맥스컴"은 광고 대행사의 광고 API와 광고를 통하여 링크된 다른 회사의 웹사이트,
어플리케이션 및 자료에 대하여 통제권이 없을 뿐만 아니라 이들이 개인정보를 수집하는
행위에 대하여 "맥스컴"의 "개인정보처리방침"이 적용되지 않습니다.
따라서, "맥스컴"이 배포한 "앱" 포함하고 있는 광고를 클릭하여 광고를 통하여
링크된 다른 회사의 웹사이트, 어플리케이션 및 자료 페이지로 이동한 경우에는
새로 방문한 사이트 또는 광고에 포함된 개인정보처리방침을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.
5. 기타
본 "개인정보처리방침"은 2017년 01월 01일부터 시행됩니다.
